stayAPT Suites First California Location to Debut in Riverside
Apartment-style hotel brand stayAPT Suites has added a franchise partnership in Riverside, CA, the company’s first property in California. The location will also introduce stayAPT Suites’ new four-story, 103-room prototype, designed to satisfy elevated demand and penetrate higher barrier-to-entry markets.
“It’s a thrill to partner with our franchisee on the roll-out of this new four-story prototype, and expand our geographic footprint in the process,” said Gary A. DeLapp, stayAPT Suites’ CEO. “We are looking forward to taking this brand Coast to Coast.”
Each stayAPT Suites room includes an open-concept living room with a sleeper sofa, lounge chair and wall-mounted 55-inch TV. The kitchen features a full-size stove, oven and refrigerator, while the private separate bedroom offers a walk-in closet, spacious desk and a second TV. The hotel’s optional mobile app allows guests to bypass the front desk as well.
