IWG opening 12 new co-office flex space

IWG Adds 12 Flexible Workspace Locations Across Texas

Since the Covid pandemic, the demand for hybrid working has grown with companies of all sizes welcoming the model. IWG, parent company of Spaces and Regus, features coworking space, meeting rooms, high speed internet and business services.

Texas will be the site of 12 new IWG owned locations. The centers will be located in cities across the state including Dallas, Houston, Lubbock, Midland, San Antonio, Denton, Abilene and more. IWG’s Mark Dixon says this might just be the beginning, “We are delighted to be working with new partners in Texas to bring the numerous benefits of hybrid working to businesses, local communities and employees across the state. Over the past two and a half years, demand for hybrid working solutions has rapidly increased as workers enjoy a significantly improved work/life balance with less time spent commuting and employers benefitting from substantial cost savings and the ability to recruit from a wider pool of talent.”
