The Grove in Phoenix leases out before completion

Prime Phoenix Office Building Leased Before Completion

It’s a pretty big deal in post-Covid America. The Grove, a 180,000 square foot office building was 100% leased out before construction was completed. RED Development claims it’s the first time that’s happened in Arizona history for a building that size. JLL represented RED in leasing for the office and moved 130 of its own employees into The Grove office building.

The Grove office is part of a larger mixed-use development, also called The Grove. The Grove is a $400 million, 750,000 square-foot mixed-use project on the northwest corner of 44th Street and Camelback Road. The campus combines office space; The Global Ambassador, a boutique hotel by restaurateur Sam Fox and Common Bond Development Group opening in late 2023; retail and dining venues and The Bergen, luxury residences by StreetLights Residential. The Grove is also home to the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury training facility.
