VEA Newport Beach Hotel & Spa Completes Renovation

Lyon Living and Eagle Four Partners, along with R.D. Olson Construction have announced the completion of a full remodel of the VEA Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa in Newport Beach, CA. The renovation of the 49-year-old property includes a redesigned lobby, enclosed atrium, pool and event spaces.

“As Newport Beach local ourselves, we are proud to present something created by the community, for the community,” said Kory Kramer of Eagle Four Partners. “Our objective was to create a resort experience authentic to the Newport Beach community, while being a California coastal destination unlike any other.”

In addition to the redesign of guestrooms and suites, VEA Newport Beach features a lobby that now provides direct ocean views while the original atrium was transformed into a two-story structure that houses a fitness center, yoga studio, bar, and outdoor patio with fire pits. The pool deck features cabanas and a raised pool bar with a giant LED screen TV.
