Attorney Gabriel Levinson will lead the real estate litigation practice at Haynes Boone in New York City

Gabriel Levinson to Chair Real Estate Litigation Practice at Haynes Boone

Gabriel Levinson, who litigates high-profile commercial and business tort disputes across the country, has joined Haynes and Boone, LLP as the New York-based chair of the firm’s real estate litigation practice. He previously served in a similar capacity at Polsinelli. 

“Gabriel is a zealous, accomplished litigator, who has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts nationwide,” said Ben Mesches, chair of Haynes Boone’s litigation department. “Clients will relish his ability to remain laser focused in helping his clients achieve their litigation objectives in the most efficient manner possible. He greatly bolsters our litigation capabilities in New York and across the country.” 

Levinson’s practice focuses on litigating complex and general commercial business disputes, including corporate, business tort and breach of contract claims, and commercial real estate disputes. He has secured jury and non-jury verdicts in the areas of corporate, real estate, entertainment, and insurance recovery litigation.
