Northmarq Welcomes Two Additions to Newport Beach Team

Peter Hauser, senior vice president – investment sales and Matt Hauser, senior associate – investment sales, have joined Northmarq’s Newport Beach, CA office. In their new roles, they will work alongside Shane Shafer to provide expertise on multifamily investment sales brokerage and recapitalization for clients throughout Southern California.

Both Peter Hauser and Matt Hauser previously worked at Avison Young before joining Northmarq. Peter as principal in the Irvine office and Matt as associate of multifamily markets. Peter graduated from USC, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Matt attended the University of San Diego before being drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 2010 Major League Baseball Draft.
