$22 Million Austin Hotel Upgrade Benefits Adjoining Office Tower

The $22 million renovation of a neighboring luxury hotel has breathed new life into a 16-story office tower in Downtown Austin. 

Austin Centre at 701 Brazos St. shares its lobby, conference center, restaurants, and other high-end amenities with the adjoining Omni Austin Hotel Downtown. The property recently completed an extensive renovation that now provides a number a number of the hotels amenities for the office tenants and their workers. The building features 326,000 square feet of office space. Office tenants will now have access to ballroom and meeting space, a restaurant and lobby bar, a coffee house, a gym and food service delivery to each office. In addition, tenants will have access to the hotel’s heated rooftop pool and bar.

The building is owned by Sidra Austin. Stream Realty is the leasing broker and property manager for Austin Centre.
