CBRE Lists Commercial Condo on Manhattan’s Upper East Side

CBRE has been appointed the exclusive sales agent, in association with Wexler Healthcare Properties at the Corcoran Group, for a 27,289-square-foot commercial condominium at 38 E. 61st St. on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. This space presents exterior opportunities for branding with 32 linear feet of prime ground-floor canopy signage.

The CBRE team of Justin Arzi and Dan Kaplan will work closely with Paul Wexler and Josef Yadgarov of Wexler Healthcare Properties to spearhead the marketing campaign on behalf of the current ownership.

“We believe this unique space off of Madison Avenue is ripe for conversion to a flagship corporate headquarters, a high-end medical practice, a consulate or nonprofit, among a myriad of other uses,” said Kaplan. “In addition to its prime location and branding opportunities, the commercial condominium features a separate entrance, skylights and two private elevators, all highly sought-after features in the market.”
