Rancho Mission Viejo Announces New Leadership Team

Rancho Mission Viejo has announced the appointment of Donald L. Vodra (pictured) as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. In addition, the land ownership and management company promoted Jeremy Laster and Elise Millington to the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer, respectively.

“I am very pleased that Don has agreed to serve as Vice Chairman of our Board,” said Tony Moiso, Chairman and CEO of Rancho Mission Viejo. “He has been a valuable and strong leader and mentor for our team, and we are grateful for the opportunity to continue to utilize his expertise. The announcements position us for greatness in the next 25 years and beyond.”

“I’ve always enjoyed the opportunity to mentor and manage this talented team of executives, and look forward to all they will accomplish at The Ranch,” said Vodra.

The Ranch was recently honored as “2022’s Best New Home Community in Orange County” by the Orange County Register.
