Novare Group, BCDC Start Multifamily in Arts Heavy Downtown Sugar Hill
Novare Group and and BCDC have broken ground on a 306-unit apartment community on 23 acres in Sugar Hill, GA. Cadence Bank and South State Bank are the project’s lenders.
The development is located off Highway 20 along Stanley Street directly across from Sugar Hill’s recently built downtown, which features The Bowl amphitheater and The Eagle Theater performing arts venue.
“With the high value the city places on the quality of life, Sugar Hill has become one of the premier places to live in Gwinnett County,” said Jim Borders, president and CEO of Novare Group.
The gated community will offer co-working lounge, clubroom and library; fitness center; private garages and resort-style pool. Outdoor spaces will include fire pits and grilling stations as well as a dog park and spa.
The Sugar Hill Greenway, an 11.5-mile greenway around the city with approximately 16.5 miles of trail, is integrated into the site.
