Kiser Group Lists Fully Rehabbed Humboldt Park Multifamily
Kiser Group director Danny Logarakis has the listing for a 41-unit courtyard property at 3935-45 W Division for sale. The property is located on Chicago’s West Side in Humboldt Park, one of the city’s most rapidly growing neighborhoods.
The well-maintained building was originally converted to condominiums in 2006 and comprises 37 two-bedroom apartments and four retail stores, all of which are occupied.
