Norris & Stevens Arranges $5M Sale of Tigard Shopping Center
OPI Aloha LLC and RYL Court, LLC have completed the $4.7 million purchase of the Barrows Plaza Shopping Center in the Portland submarket of Tigard, OR. Todd VanDomelen with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the buyer in the transaction while WG Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, CFH Limited Partnership.
Constructed in 1998, the 8,000-square-foot retail center is situated on just over 1 acre of land. The facility is located in a walkable neighborhood, with close proximity to housing developments and commuter rail. In addition, the property has a history of long-term tenancy, with over 50% of the space occupied by the same businesses since 1999.
