Powerhouse Team of Palmeri, Lea and Zaher Joins CBRE in Las Vegas

Dan Palmeri, SIOR, Paula Lea, CCIM and Mike Zaher have joined CBRE’s Las Vegas office as SVP, VP and associate, respectively. All three are joining from Cushman & Wakefield. 

At CBRE, they will focus on assisting companies and business owners with their commercial real estate office leasing and transaction strategies throughout the Southern Nevada region. The team brings more than 40 years’ combined experience, $1 billion-plus in transactional value and more than 12 million square feet of leased and sold properties to CBRE. 

Palmeri, who began his career in commercial real estate in 2006, was a managing director at Cushman & Wakefield prior to joining CBRE. He has been responsible for the leasing of more than seven million square feet of office space across Nevada. 

Before joining CBRE, Lea was a director at Cushman & Wakefield, where she assisted corporate clients with tenant representation, lease renewals, acquisitions and corporate solutions. She has leased more than five million square feet of office space across Nevada.  

At Cushman & Wakefield, Zaher worked with Palmeri and Lea on tenant representation and specialized in research and business development. Before his career in commercial real estate, he was a professional Major League Soccer player for five years.
