Brian Golden Joins CBRE Industrial Team in NJ

Brian Golden has joined CBRE’s industrial & logistics advisory team in New Jersey as an EVP. Golden, who specializes in institutional landlord and tenant representation, will represent a wide range of clients in the development and implementation of real estate strategies throughout the Northeast Region. 

“Brian’s addition to our industrial and logistics advisory team further enhances our ability to deliver superior outcomes to our clients throughout the northeast region,” said Jeffrey Hipschman, senior managing director, CBRE. “He is a trusted advisor to many institutional owners and occupiers, with a long track record of delivering outstanding results.” 

Prior to joining CBRE, Golden was an executive managing director at JLL, representing clients in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Before his tenure with JLL, he served as senior leasing manager in New Jersey for Prologis and before that was director of leasing for Mack-Cali.
