CBRE Arranges Woodland Hills Lease for EIFC Autism Clinic
CBRE has arranged a 5,300-square-foot lease for the Enrichment Intervention Family Center (EIFC) in Woodland Hills, CA. The applied behavior analysis clinic was in need of more space to fit the growing number of children it serves impacted with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
CBRE’s Mark Landver delivered a special allowance allowing EIFC to continue its work. “I was able to locate and negotiate a lease with a landlord that was empathetic to the needs of children with autism,” said Landver. “Adler Properties allowed EIFC to build a custom sensory gym and allocated a section of its property for an outdoor play area.”
EIFC offers a wide variety of therapies to help children with autism and their families, providing customized programs and family training to help their child grow and learn. The new space at 21051 Warner Center Lane is located on the ground floor for easy access and offers free parking.
