Colliers Arranges $16M Purchase of San Jose Retail Property
Colliers has represented the buyer, a private family trust, in the $16 million, all-cash purchase of Silver Oaks Plaza, a Chick-Fil-A anchored, multi-tenant retail property in San Jose, CA. The 3-acre parcel also includes Starbucks, Subway and Shell Oil as tenants.
Located just off Highway 101 and Blossom Hill Road, the newly developed property is situated adjacent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs building and across the freeway from Costco. Blossom Hill Road sees 39,000 cars per day in front of the property.
“It was a rare find to acquire new construction in Silicon Valley with credit tenants such as Chick-Fil-A, Shell Oil and Starbucks coffee, all three in one offering,” said Colliers’ John Machado who represented the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction.
