Chase Johnson Heads Up Loans at C&W Austin

Cushman & Wakefield Adds Finance Veteran to Austin/San Antonio Office

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Chase Johnson as Managing Director. Johnson will be based out of the firm’s Austin and San Antonio office. Johnson will focus on Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) solutions for clients. He has financed multifamily communities, industrial facilities, grocery-anchored, neighborhood strip retail, self-storage, office, and manufactured housing communities.

“This is a major milestone for our firm locally as our Capital Markets platform continues to gain market share year-over-year on regional and national levels.” said C&W’s Ryan Kasten.

Johnson was formerly a Senior Vice President with Northmarq’s debt & equity team, where he led the Austin office in loan production for 2021. Over the past 8 years, Johnson has facilitated over 100 financing transactions totaling nearly $1 billion in volume through his strong relationships with agencies, life insurance companies, debt funds, banks, and credit unions.

Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from St. Edward’s University.
