Longtime Anchor Tenant Renews Evanston Office Lease
Grumman/Butkus Associates, an energy, engineering and resource consulting firm, has signed a long-term renewal at 820 Davis St. in Evanston, IL. The firm, which has been housed at 820 Davis for 20 years, occupies 26,000 square feet as the anchor tenant at the renovated office property. Free Market Ventures, the owner of the 85,985-square-foot building, recently completed a re-imagination of the exterior façade, lobby, common areas, and amenities.
Stream Realty Partners managing director Adam Showalter and SVP Jessica O’Hara represented the landlord. The team handles leasing at the property.
