Partners Capital Adds Perlman to Asset Management Team

Industrial real estate firm Partners Capital has announced the addition of Dominic Perlman as an Asset Management Associate. In his new role, Perlman will focus on reporting, forecasting, leasing, underwriting and project management as well as assisting the acquisition team with due diligence on new opportunities.

We are confident we’ve found that in Dominic who has keenly demonstrated his skills and knowledge of asset management,” said Mark Blumenthal, SVP and Principal at Partners Capital.

Prior to joining Partners Capital, Perlman was a senior real estate manager at Cushman & Wakefield. “With all the market shifts currently underway, joining a firm such as Partners Capital with a portfolio of legacy holdings will allow me to apply my asset management and operational experience to maximize portfolio performance and drive value,” said Perlman in a news release.
