Kalaveras Buys Moreno Valley Restaurant Property for $2.8M, Progressive Real Estate Partners Arranges

Kalaveras Buys Moreno Valley Restaurant Property for $2.8M

Inland Empire brokerage firm Progressive Real Estate Partners has arranged the $2.8 million sale of a fully equipped restaurant on Alessandro Boulevard in Moreno Valley, CA. SoCal-based Mexican restaurant chain Kalaveras purchased the property from a local private investor.

“The demand for second generation restaurant space has been strong and especially in prime locations like Moreno Valley. This particular property has a lot of features and was immaculate, making it especially desirable,” said Progressive Real Estate Partners’ Albert Lopez who arranged the deal, along with the firm’s Greg Bedell. The buyer was represented by Allen Kirschbaum with Saddleback Realty.

The 9,000-square-foot building was previously a Woody’s Restaurant which closed in late 2021. It is fully equipped, featuring indoor seating for 200, and an outdoor patio that seats 70 plus plenty of parking. The purchase included a liquor license and entertainment permit. Kalaveras plans to open before the end of the year.
