Two Multifamily Projects going up near Firewheel Town Center Garland

Garland Site for Two New Multifamily Communities

Land Advisors Organization was able to facilitate the sale of two separate parcels near Garlands Firewheel Town Center. Wood Partners bought one of the parcels, a 8.5 acre piece of land on which the company plans to build a 250-unit apartment project.

Leon Capital Group bought the second parcel, a 13.9 acre property. They plan to develop a 344-unit multifamily community. Both projects border a large greenbelt in Rowlett Creek. Future residents will have access to the City’s planned Firewheel Trail system.

Land Advisor’s Austin Reilly says Garland is catching on, ““As one of the nation’s fastest growing metropolitan economies, Garland is a vibrant city with great leadership, quality schools and fantastic parks and open spaces. The proposed Firewheel projects will bring needed residential units to the region and offer the added appeal of being only steps away from Firewheel Town Center.” Reilly represented the land owner in both transactions.
