Wood Partners Starts Work on Irving Mid-Rise Multifamily Community

Multifamily real estate developer Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta Riverside, a residential community in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Irving, Texas. Located near the intersection of President George Bush Turnpike and IH-635, Alta Riverside is slated to begin preleasing in May of 2023 and to greet tenants two months later.

The development will feature 280 apartment homes, which will be offered in studio, one- and two-bedroom configurations. Residents will have convenient access to the newest master-planned community in the Metroplex, Cypress Waters. That development features 45,000 square feet of storefront retail and more than a dozen restaurants arrayed around a tranquil 300-acre lake.

Also well within easy reach is Dallas Galleria, providing more than 200 stores and restaurants. Another nearby major employer, Wells Fargo, recently announced a new 800,000-square-foot facility that will add an additional 4,000 employment positions to the region.

This year, Wood Partners will launch construction on more than 1,100 units across North Dallas.
