StreetLights Residential To Add to Dallas Skyline
Having built some of Dallas’ best-known apartment towers, including multiple projects in Uptown, Streetlights Residential is at it again. StreetLights Residential is planning another project just east of Highland Park.
Its most recent projects include the Christopher in Uptown and the Hamilton in Deep Ellum. The developer has pending rental high-rise projects set for Dallas’ Oak Lawn Neighborhood and near Cityplace north of downtown.
Public filings show that StreetLights Residential plans to start work on the 20-story apartment tower on North Central Expressway early next year.
The $73 million, more than 234,000-square-foot residential tower would be built on the site of single-story restaurant and retail buildings at the northwest corner of U.S. 75 and Monticello Avenue.
Called The Galatyn, the building would open in early 2025 and was designed by StreetLights Creative Studio, an affiliate of the developer. StreetLights Residential acquired the site earlier this year.
