GXO Logistics Signs Record Lease with MDH Partners
GXO Logistics’ 644,318-square-foot commitment is a record industrial lease for the landlord.
The landlord is MDH Partners. GXO Logistics will occupy Building Two at Everman Crossroads, a 954,611-square-foot, two-building industrial property in Fort Worth, Texas.
The agreement, which marks MDH’s largest lease in Texas, brought the campus to full occupancy. The asset last traded in 2021—the year the buildings were completed.
Building Two is situated on a 31.5-acre site at 1401 Everman Parkway and offers 40-foot clear heights and 241 parking spaces. Building One consists of 309,963 square feet across 31.6 acres and is fully leased to Purina Animal Nutrition.
J. Scott Moore and Steve Koldyke of CBRE were in charge of marketing Building Two, while Colliers Allen Gump and Allyson Yost worked on behalf of the tenant.
Recently, MDH sold an industrial portfolio of 58 properties across the Sun Belt, for $1.26 billion, to Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC.
