Redlands Mixed-Use Development Gains City Approval

Redlands Mixed-Use Development Gains City Approval

A joint venture between Village Partners Investments, LLC and the Bascom Group has received full entitlements and approval for State Street Village, a mixed-use, multifamily development at the site of the former Redlands Mall in Redlands, CA.

“State Street Village will provide a significant contribution to Redlands’ diversity and supply of housing,” said Village Partners principal Michael Morris. The firm’s Don Henry added, “We are excited to bring back the historical street grid, small blocks and transform the once lively Redlands Mall into an exciting new pedestrian district that honors Downtown Redlands history.”

Designed by architectural firms Mithun, Torti Gallas + Partners and BAR architects, the 12-acre State Street Village will provide approximately 700 new residential units with cutting-edge amenities as well as 84,000 square feet of commercial space that will be home to local businesses, restaurants and bars. The project is expected break ground in late 2023.
