JLL Hires Brokerage Team from Savills
JLL has hired three new professionals for its New York brokerage division. They include vice chairman Evan Margolin; managing director Scott Ansel and VP Ben Levy, who will operate from JLL’s Midtown Manhattan office. All three joined from Savills, where they had a diverse practice with a focus on users of high-end, Class A office space.
A 20-year veteran of the industry, Margolin has represented more than 100 hedge funds and other boutique financial services firms in office leasing transactions. Ansel spent more than seven years at Savills, where he developed an expertise working in the high-end office market.
Coming from a real estate family and growing up around the business, Levy joined Savills in 2019 after graduating from Northwestern University. He has been recognized for his tenacious business development efforts and quick comprehension of the overall marketplace and transaction process.
