T5 Expands in Oregon, Signs Flexential to Data Center Lease

T5 Data Centers has signed Flexential to a long-term real estate lease and build-to-suit project at its Hillsboro, OR data center location. T5 will provide development and construction services to deliver an initial 138,000-square-foot, 18 MW data center and a subsequent 358,000-square-foot, 36 MW+ facility in accordance with Flexential’s standards and commitment to sustainability.

“Flexential’s expansion within our Hillsboro data center campus aligns perfectly with T5’s commitment to sustainability and customer service,” said T5 CEO Pete Marin. “Our Real Estate Development and Construction Services team has already engaged and is working closely with Flexential to deliver industry-leading quality and performance.”

Flexential is a provider of data center colocation, cloud and connectivity.
