Bankers Hill Apartment Building Trades for $2.6M

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $2.6 million sale of 2265 Curlew Street, an eight-unit apartment community in the Bankers Hill neighborhood of San Diego, CA. Conor Brennan, first vice president investments in the real estate firm’s San Diego Downtown office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, Katz Family Limited Partnership. Brennan also procured the buyer, Floit Properties.

The property was built in 1935 and consists of four one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units. The asset needed substantial improvements at the time of the sale, according to Marcus & Millichap. 

The community is situated just east of Interstate 5, and is only one mile from Downtown San Diego and the San Diego Zoo, and just six miles from Mission Beach and Sea World.
