Missner Group Wraps Construction on Glen Ellyn Luxury Multifamily
The Missner Group recently completed construction on GSP Development’s Apex 400 Apartments, a ground-up, luxury multifamily and retail property in downtown Glen Ellyn, IL. The property features 10,000 square feet of first-floor commercial space, joined with 107 luxury apartment units on the second through fifth floors.
The project team included Missner Group COO Bob Nomellini, senior project manager Bob Papineau, assistant project manager Don Hay, senior project superintendent Keith Hairrell and project superintendent Andrew Maul.
“We enjoyed working on this luxury facility and are proud to deliver a product of superior quality to Glen Ellyn’s strong market,” said Papineau. “Our team adhered to high site safety standards, which allowed us to safely progress through the many pandemic disruptions.”
Apex 400 is centrally located in the downtown Glen Ellyn commercial district within proximity to Metra along with other forms of public transportation.
