FlexHQ Acquires Denver Warehouse for New Concept
While news of million square foot industrial buildings is becoming more common, an equally common trend is to go small. Portal Warehousing just opened its version in Phoenix. It’s a sort of flexible warehouse solution offering the smaller spaces and shared amenities that have become common in the office co-working sector.
FlexHQ has paid $10.8 million for a 76,000 square foot building in Denver to serve as the first outpost of its industrial co-working brand. The building, at 5180 Fox St. is primarily warehouse space with 6,200 square feet of office. The space will be partitioned into rentable units ranging from 300 to 3,000 square feet.
FlexHQ’s Laurent Opman with more, “FlexHQ meets a specific need for businesses that require more sophisticated logistics support than self-storage without the long-term commitment of traditional warehouses. We offer tenants flexibility, amenities and convenience in targeted locations.” CBRE’s Tyler Carner represented FlexHQ in the sale.
