An office property at 450 Gunderson Dr. in Carol Stream, IL has been sold to the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council

Carol Stream Offices Trade to Fraternal Order of Police

DarwinPW Realty president Rick Daly, principal Nick Krejcii and managing broker George Cibula represented Automobile Mechanics’ Local No. 701 Union in its sale of a 24,000-square-foot building at 450 Gunderson Dr. in Carol Stream, IL to the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police Labor Council. The union is relocating from Western Springs.

“This is a very well-maintained office building with more than 100 cars to support meetings and daily operations,” said Daly. “The space was already occupied by a similar user previously, so the transition should be relatively seamless.”

The two-story, Class B building was constructed in 1980. It features heavy power with 1,200 amps/ 240-480 volts, ample parking, warehouse space and low DuPage County real estate taxes. Joe Rossi & Associates’ Doug Pauly represented the buyer. Terms of the sale weren’t disclosed.
