Subtext, Brinkman Constructors Start 15-Story Residential Tower in Nashville
St. Louis, MO-based Subtext and Brinkmann Constructors have broken ground on LOCAL Midtown, a 15-story multifamily project in Nashville, TN. LOCAL Midtown is expected to be completed and open for leasing in 2024.
The 270,000-square-foot residential complex on Hayes Street will contain 307 units with a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts and 10,000 square feet of amenity space. The property will include a curated coffee bar and micro market, a music studio and recording booth, media lounge, speakeasy, collaboration spaces, gaming room, fitness center with coach-led classes, library and outdoor amenity deck with a swimming pool.
“The massive growth in millennial population in Nashville means there is demand for beautiful, thoughtfully designed multifamily properties,” said Brandt Stiles, principal of development for Subtext. But rather than just delivering a new building, we want to close a gap between residents’ desire for social connection and the actual experience of it.”
