Chemical Distributors, Inc. Renews Portland Lease

Kidder Mathews Executive Vice President Zach Francis has represented Chemical Distributors, Inc. in the local distribution company’s new five-year lease renewal at 2727 Northwest Industrial St. in Portland, OR. 

Chemical Distributors has been leasing the 69,000-square-foot space at the building for over a decade, and the renewal demonstrates ongoing demand for industrial space in the area. The property, which is situated just minutes from downtown, is owned by Weston Investment Company and managed by American Property Management.
