Eight 8 Properties Spends $8M for Old-New Apartment Complex in Lynchburg

Eight 8 Properties, LLC, has purchased the Gish Flats Apartments at 317 5th Street in Lynchburg, VA for $8.2 million.

Charles Wentworth, Garrison Gore, G.S. Hankins and Victoria Pickett of Colliers handled the transaction on behalf of the seller, Gish Flats, LLC.

The property consists of 66 units between two buildings, one with century-old charm and one with new modern style finishes following a 2016 renovation and ground-up development. Gish Flats is located along the 5th Street Corridor, within a short walk to downtown Lynchburg and the area’s most popular dining establishments and shopping destinations.
