Huntington Beach Office Tower Gets New Name & Leasing Team

Canada’s Onni Group, the owner of the 15-story Ocean Plaza in Huntington Beach, CA has renamed the building Point Break Tower and awarded Stream Realty Partners the property’s leasing assignment. The Class A, 205,000-square-foot office building located on nearly 9 acres at 17011 Beach Blvd., is the largest multi-tenant office property in West Orange County.

“Point Break Tower exceeds expectations when it comes to office space,” said Stream’s Mike Adams who will serve as leasing agent along with Peter Joyce and Morgan Adams. “We are thrilled for the opportunity to offer businesses and innovators from around the community a chance to grow within this unique office offering.”

The building features recently renovated corridors, restrooms and elevators with a polished marble lobby. Tenant amenities include a lounge, conference rooms, a six-story parking structure, on-site property management along with sweeping views of the Huntington Beach area.
