Colliers Facilitates $38.5M Sale of Santa Rosa Apartment Complex

Colliers has brokered the $38.5 million sale of Park Lane Villas East, a 100-unit apartment community in Santa Rosa, CA. The property, located in Sonoma County wine country, was traded from United States Marshal Services to an unnamed Santa Rosa investor.

“After just a few days on the market, we received overwhelming activity on this project,” said Colliers’ Reza Ghobadi, who represented the seller along with the firm’s Darrin Kennedy and Dan Feldman. “The property’s location and scale piqued significant investor interest to act quickly. It was a tight race, but we selected a buyer who demonstrated experience as an active investor in the area.”

The condominium complex is comprised of two and three-bedroom flats along with two story residences featuring modern kitchens, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and private patios/balconies. The asset also includes 12,000 square feet of street-front retail space.
