Georgetown Industrial Projects Surging, Another on Way

Georgetown has 16 industrial projects currently under construction, totaling more than 3.6 million square feet. The newest to get going is Blue Springs Business Park, a 604,000 square foot project being developed by Molto Properties. The three-building speculative project should be ready for tenants in the second quarter of 2023.

Just off Interstate 35, the business park will take shape on 43 acres at 610 Blue Springs Blvd. Blue Springs Business Park can accommodate tenants seeking from 20,000 square feet to 604,000. The facility features a total of 170 dock high doors, six grade level ramps along with 90 trailer parking spaces and 580 car parking spaces.

The three buildings will be sized from 124,000 square feet to 310,000. Molto Properties has brought in Burton Construction to serve as the general contractor, Seeberger and Langan Engineers to work on design and Transwestern’s Carter Thurmond and Nash Frisbie will handle leasing for the site.
