Franklin Street Properties Corp Sells Twin Colorado Offices for $103M Gross Proceeds
Wakefield, MA-based Franklin Street Properties Corp., has completed the sale of 380 Interlocken Crescent and 390 Interlocken Crescent in the Denver submarket of Broomfield, CO for aggregate gross proceeds of $102.5 million.
The two office buildings, located about halfway between Boulder and Denver, comprise 240,000 and 242,000 square feet. Both are 10 stories and hold LEED GOLD and Energy Star certification.
The company expects to record an aggregate gain of approximately $24 million in the third quarter of 2022 in connection with the sale of the properties and plans to use proceeds from the sale primarily for debt reduction.
