Levin Johnston Arranges $11.5M Sale of Peninsula Multifamily Trio
Multifamily specialist Levin Johnston of Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of three multifamily properties in San Mateo County. The transactions, totaling $11.5 million include an 8-unit complex in San Mateo, CA along with a 5-unit and 10-unit community, both located in Burlingame, CA. Levin Johnston represented both the undisclosed buyer and seller in the transactions.
“San Mateo’s impressive market fundamentals are largely driven by the region’s strong employers which are continuously rebounding from the effects of the pandemic and exhibiting impressive signs of job growth recovery,” said Levin Johnston’s Senior Managing Director, Robert Johnston.
The portfolio includes:
-1504 S. Claremont Street, San Mateo (pictured). 8-units, $2.8 million selling price
-1101 Laguna Avenue, Burlingame. 5-units, $3.1 million selling price
-1124 Paloma Avenue, Burlingame. 10-units, $5.6 million selling price
The firm now says it has closed 60 transactions, valued at $466 million in the first half of 2022.
