CBRE Promotes Teri Garcia to Dallas Property Management Slot

CBRE announced that Teri Garcia has been promoted to Managing Director of Property Management in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Previously a Director with CBRE Property Management (PM), Ms. Garcia now assumes overall leadership for the regional PM business and is responsible for leading a team of PM employees in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

“This promotion is a testament to Teri’s exceptional leadership abilities, her extensive market knowledge and her team-first mentality,” said Brooke Armstrong, CBRE’s President of Advisory Services for Dallas-Fort Worth. “She has built a strong reputation within the industry for being a trusted advisor for our investor clients.

Ms. Garcia has over 25 years of property management experience in Dallas-Fort Worth, beginning her career with Trammell Crow Company in 1997 before moving to CBRE in 2004.
