Stonelake Capital Holdings Acquires $58M Nashville Industrial Park
Dallas, TX-based Stonelake Capital Holdings, LLC, has paid $57.5 million to acquire Space Park East, a five-building industrial park in Nashville, TN. The facilities total 413,750 square feet on 18.26 acres.
Max Smith and Zac Cypress of Colliers represented the buyer. The seller was a Nashville-based limited-liability agency.
“Space Park East is one of the most well-known infill industrial parks in the city and offers a great mix of eclectic tenants,” said Smith. “With practically no small to midsize product being developed, we should continue to see rates rise and vacancy remain low.”
Space Park East is directly off East Trinity Lane via Ellington Parkway and eight minutes from downtown Nashville. Tenants of the warehouse distribution park include Protective Flooring, Nashville Production Rentals, Meinl USA, SPI, and Made First Experiential Marketing.
Stonelake Capital Holdings, LLC, owns over $3.5 billion in commercial real estate throughout the southern region plus AZ and has over sixty investors.
