Colliers Arranges Sale of San Diego Life Science Property
Colliers has announced the sale of Scripps Technology Plaza, a 62,000-square-foot office building in San Diego primed for life science. Colliers’ Louay Alsadek, Maddie Mawby, Eric Parra, Steve Holland and Jack Blumenfeld represented the seller Cornerstone Realty in the transaction. The buyer, SteelWave, purchased the property for an undisclosed price.
“With continued demand for lab space in San Diego, Scripps Ranch has emerged as a viable option in addition to the core Life Science submarkets,” said Alsadek. “Scripps Ranch has the eye of investors as San Diego’s next life science hub, serving as an ideal alternate locale in capturing additional tenant demand.”
The two-story, steel-framed multi-tenant building is located adjacent to Alexandria’s Scripps Ranch Tech Park with convenient access to major highways, retail amenities and eateries. The property has three ground-level doors, plenty of surface parking and well-maintained landscaping.
