JLL Hires Industrial Expert George Stavaris in Burbank

JLL has welcomed 20-year industrial real estate veteran George Stavaris as Managing Director, working out of the Burbank office. In his new role, Stavaris will continue to specialize in representing owners and occupiers of the expanding industrial sector in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi Valley markets.

“As the Southern California industrial market has grown over the past several years, we have seen a greater need for industrial real estate services in the North LA area,” said Charlie Smith, JLL Senior Managing Director and LA Brokerage Lead. “George is one of the premier industrial experts in the region and will provide tremendous benefit to our clients and team.”

Stavaris joins JLL from Triniti Partners, where he served as cofounder and partner. In his 20 year career, he has secured transactions valued at more than $500 million and served as President of the Los Angeles North Valley Area Planning Commission between 1999 and 2006.
