High Bluff Del Mar Reaches 100% Occupancy
JLL has leased-up the 73,000-square-foot, Class-A High Bluff Del Mar office building after securing tenants for over 25,000 square feet of premier office space in the last 10 months. The latest lease, signed with Palecek, Morrison & Associates, LLP, brings the Del Mar Heights, San Diego property to 100% occupancy.
JLL’s Pascal Aubry-Dumand and Bess Wakeman represented the landlord, Scientific Investments. “Despite the pandemic, we were able to secure leases with new tenants as well as renew existing leases, confirming the desirability of High Bluff Del Mar,” said Aubry-Dumand in a news release.
The property features atrium-style architecture that offers abundant air and light into the suites. There are 18 EV charging stations and upgraded changing rooms with showers and lockers. Tenants can also walk to nearby retail amenities at One Paseo via the landscaped pedestrian path.
