Downtown Works Expands Little Italy Presence

Downtown Works, a San Diego-based coworking space developer, has expanded its Downtown/Little Italy location by 40%, adding 24 private, one- and two-person furnished offices. The coworking spaces are popular among entrepreneurs and remote employees looking for an alternative to the long-term commitments of traditional office leases.

“We’ve added an entire floor of offices to meet demand for premium, flexible coworking space in Downtown San Diego. Remote work policies embracing today’s hybrid office trend are driving interest in coworking like never before,” said Downtown Works COO David Adato.

The company has two other San Diego locations, Carlsbad and Pacific Beach, and members are welcome to use any Downtown Works location whenever they choose. The offices feature medical-grade air purifiers, premium HVAC systems, Wi-Fi, and glass-walled conference rooms. They can be rented by the month, week, day or hour and the firm will even provide happy hour networking.
