NAI Hiffman arranged a $36-million sale-leaseback for a warehouse near O'Hare International Airport

O’Hare-Area Warehouse Trades in Sale-Leaseback

NAI Hiffman recently brokered the sale-leaseback of a 251,909-square-foot warehouse located at 1455 W. Thorndale Ave. in Itasca, IL, about five miles west of O’Hare International Airport. The property traded for $36 million. 

Patrick Sullivan, EVP of capital markets, and Eric Tresslar, EVP of industrial services, represented Top-Line Furniture in the sale of its facility to High Street Logistics Properties, headquartered in Woburn, MA. Top-Line Furniture subsequently entered into a long-term lease for the property. 

1455 W. Thorndale Ave. is located in the highly sought-after O’Hare submarket, where the current vacancy rate is 2.09%, according to NAI Hiffman research.
