BMRCK Acquires Rocklin Multifamily Property for $23M
CBRE has arranged the $23 million sale of The Brighton, a 68-unit, five-building apartment community in Rocklin, CA. The firm’s Mark Ross represented the seller, The Ezralow Company in the transaction. The property was purchased by San Diego-based BMRCK, LP, represented by Bob Cota Realty.
The Brighton features newly renovated two-bedroom units which include wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fireplace and balconies/patios. The upgraded exterior has new roofing, fresh paint, a resurfaced spa and a new BBQ area. The property is located minutes from Interstate 80, providing easy connectivity to Downtown Sacramento.
“It’s difficult to find “A” quality suburban assets under 100 units,” said Ross in a news release. “The Brighton, offering newly renovated high-end apartment homes in the Rocklin submarket, is a valuable addition to Bob Cota’s family portfolio in the Sacramento region.”
