RangeWater to build 326 apartments, 24 townhomes in Manor

RangeWater Moving Forward on Apartments, Townhomes in Manor

RangeWater Real Estate is starting work on a community called The Darby, which consists of 326 apartments and 24 townhomes in Manor, Texas, ranked in the top 10 of fastest growing cities by the US Census three years in a row.

RangeWater closed on the 25-acre property in May of 2022, which is located near the Shadow Glen Golf Club and the Austin Executive Airport.

The company completed a similar project in Austin in 2020. “This community is our return to Austin, a very competitive market in which to develop new homes. Both the Austin region and State of Texas are growing at breathtaking rates, creating huge demand for housing,” said RangeWater’s Steven Shores.
