NorthBridge Buys $18M Industrial Facility in Woburn, Scores Full Lease

NorthBridge has acquired a 76,055-square-foot industrial building on Holton Street in Woburn, MA for $17.8 million.

Micah Stubblebine and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the seller, Seventy6 Holton LLC, and procured the buyer. Subsequently, The Stubblebine Company represented the new owner in the leasing of the entire facility to Sacks Exhibits, which was represented by Tyler McGrail and JR McDonald of Newmark.
