DCG Signs 190K-SF Warehouse Lease in Fontana
Newmark has announced DCG Fulfillment, a family-owned, third-party logistics provider has signed a 190,000-square-foot industrial property lease in Fontana, CA. The location, just off Interstate 10, provides access to major transportation locations including LAX and the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
“We are happy to have completed another successful transaction for DCG Fulfillment,” said Newmark Executive Managing Director Mark Kegans, who represented the tenant along with the firm’s Ron Washle. “With vacancy in the Inland Empire below 1%, options for tenants are few, and we were pleased to secure this prime distribution location.”
DCG’s new space is part of a larger 600,000-square-foot industrial warehouse located in the Inland Empire West. The facility features cross-dock loading, 5,000 square feet of office space, 35 dock-high doors, one grade-level door, 32’ clear height, K-17 sprinklers and parking for 150 truck trailers.
